Reasons for the high temperature of the reducer

During the use of the reducer, the temperature will be too high, so what is the reason?
1. Reducer bearing wear or cage damage, etc.: Check the wearable parts of mechanical equipment in time, and replace worn bearings.
2. Axial movement of the tightening bushing: remove the bearing cover on the frame, tighten the tightening bushing, remove the flywheel or sheave, and replace with a new tightening bush.
3. The oil hole is blocked and the oil cannot be added: clean up the blockage of the oil hole and oil tank.
4. The bearing of the reducer is cut off or injected too much oil: When the unit is running, please read the instructions carefully, and according to the instructions, add oil regularly.
5. Non-bearing heating: it is caused by friction heating between the movable jaw seal sleeve and the end cover or the double-inserted cover of the bearing seat of the frame rotates with the main shaft, causing friction heating.
