What are the cooling methods of the reducer?
1. The oil film cooling of the rotor
This kind of cooling method is to connect an oil pipe at the entrance of the equipment, and use evenly dripping cooling oil to take away the heat of the rotor.
2, air cooling
The so-called wet reducer means that the air sucked in by the inter-stage or two-stage is compressed and transmitted through a combined muffler with integrated absorption and phase difference.
3, water cooling
The equipment generates heat due to the transportation and compression of the gas, which must be dissipated from the rotor to the housing.
4, the internal cooling of the rotor
In order to make the equipment work under higher pressure difference, a more effective cooling method can be adopted, that is, the rotor is cooled by circulating oil, and oil holes and oil diameter shaft heads are respectively inserted at both ends of the pump shaft, and then from the other end through the inner wall of the rotor discharge.
